Beautiful Location!
We were looking for a place near Hershey Park that allowed dogs…something a bit rustic and simple that my 7 and 16 month old grand-babies weren’t going to destroy. 114 Otterbain fit our needs perfectly! In the end, it was Mt. Gretna that turned out to be the Main Attraction…such a unique and magical little place…like an Enchanted Forest. Looking forward to my next (adults only) trip already!

Great getaway
Nice comfortable cabin in a great location. Enjoyed the entertainment at the Tabernacle, the outdoor art show, food within walking distance and a quiet neighborhood. Our only suggestion would be to fix the broken handrail at the front steps.

Great Getaway
Property was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the linens/sheets/blanket/towels were just what we needed. many properties in Mt. Gretna don't provide them. We were traveling from many locations and this made our packing much easier. Beds were very comfortable!

Cute quirky house!
The neighborhood and house are quirky and adorable. I would love to see this area in the summer and I bet in the fall it is beautiful! The house looked exactly as described and pictured except the 2 twin beds are actually a trundle bed. The house was VERY CLEAN. I do wish the upstairs bathroom had a small vanity instead of a pedestal sink for some counter space. Also there was no mention the parking was offsite until we got check in instructions. It was no issue for us since we had good weather, but if it was raining would have been terrible. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend!!

Quiet Getaway
I recently stayed at a quiet cottage in Mt. Gretna and found it to be a peaceful retreat. While not ideal for larger individuals, the beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the kitchen met our needs, though we couldn't locate the hot pads. Beware of the incredibly loud fire station siren. On the positive side, there's an excellent local bar/restaurant called The Hideaway within walking distance. However, we encountered some inconveniences like leftover garbage in the bins from previous guests, and we had to leave our trash there. Also, a potential safety concern was a storage room filled with cleaning supplies and construction materials. Despite these issues, it was an overall good stay, and I would recommend it.

Great for Adults Without Canes
Great stay, but these old houses are not ADA compliant. My dad stayed with us, and we had to help him up the stairs. There are no side tables in two of the three bedrooms, so if you have a CPAP machine, you will need to use the master bedroom or take one of the side tables from the master bedroom and move it into the other bedroom. They are light. The kitchen is small, so if you do alot of cooking, ask what they have before you go so you are prepared. The place was very comfortable other than the small details i mentioned. That being said, I do recommend staying here.
