The location made evening meals in town a breeze and we could walk anywhere when it wasn't raining. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4, but this rental would also be big enough to host 2 families if necessary especially with the separate kitchen and laundry upstairs. He got the 1st floor and I took the 2nd. Nice clean home. In an excellent location. Beds are very firm so i recommend a foam cushion if you have back problems but comfortable in every other way. The heating system is in the walls.
