"We stayed here for a week in the Fall and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts, Shirley/Jack/Cooper are amazing (Don't tell Jack, but Cooper was our favorite) they made sure we had every thing needed to be comfortable and were extremely welcoming. The views from the bedroom are breath taking, especially on a stormy Fall evening. The community of Margaretsville is incredibly picturesque with no shortage of views and history. I highly recommend them for a quiet getaway."

"Margaretsville is a very small, but very scenic town. Dining options are limited to a few restaraunts a short drive away from town. The accommodation is one small room adequate for single or couple only, beautifully kept, with an outside hottube and beautiful view right on the ocean. Hosts (Liz and Ray) could not be nicer or more helpful. Middleton is a good size town with all conveniences a short drive away."

"I was there to ride my motorcycle and see Nova Scotia. This location was perfect for getting around, not far from Rt 1, the highway and Trunk 8. So it was close to riding the coastline, cutting across the island or the highway to every where else. Returning back to a quiet place to enjoy the thoughts and views of the day’s ride was made easy with this private setting."

"We have just returned from a ten-day stay at this stunning location. The pictures do not do the listing justice, it is situated right on the river with an incredible view. The hosts were welcoming, kind, and went out of their way to make our stay work well for us. They have been extremely thoughtful about how this verbo has been set up for guests and we found everything we could possibly wish for our stay provided. A legitimately cookable equipped kitchen is a rarity. We did the majority of our shopping at local farmers markets, The Red Onion and seafood vendors and were able to find everything we needed. This Verbo is immaculately clean and lovingly maintained. Our jaws dropped when we walked in, it was a very pleasant surprise. We are already planning our return visit, highly recommended and the surrounding area is beautiful. "
