This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I love this hotel because it is in the centre of the strip and basic..it has a small fridge so you can store some yogurts or drinks for your breakfast or snacks. I purchased 1 king but was given 2 queens on check in. I didn't like how there was no one available to help you with any questions when you were checking in. Everything is done by computer and hardly and staff... Everyone is too busy.... They did credit me the difference for the 2 queens when I checked out. The hotel is a bit dated from when I last stayed in 2018. Stains on the floor and walls and sheets had some rips in them. Recommed keeping some platic utensils in the rooms or have some available at the coffee shop.

The surrounding area was noisy and dirty with construction which was not the towers fault. I love the towers but haven’t been here in a few years and can’t help notice how outdated it is. Definitely needs a renovation to keep up with the strip! Other than that having the kitchenette is very convenient.

The property was great. Only issues were that there was no refrigerator in the room. With medication that requires refrigeration, this was not as ideal as it could have been. Also…the convenience bar was a joke. Very expensive for what was offered. Our room was on the back side of the elevators. They could be heard all night and day. Also not ideal.

I appreciated the staff for their excellent customer service. My first day upon entering the our room, the sink was dirty filled with water. I notified staff at guest services. I explained what had happened. Brian assisted me right away and provided an upgrade. After that, I was able to enjoy my weekend in Vegas.
