Lovely hotel, nice room, most amazing bathroom and shower. Very quiet. Amazing staff who was lovely and helped me improve my French. Absolutely recommend the hotel!

Fabulous small hotel. Very tasteful and high quality furnishings in room and around hotel. In house bar and restaurant with great food. Lovely garden if weather suitable. Staff first class. Would definitely stay again.

Old style comfortable hotel, generous rooms, great eggs and bacon breakfast, and excellent bar, in the centre of Toulouse.

On the positive were the staff who were pleasant and helpful save for the one point I will come to. The hotel is opposite (on one side) a huge nightclub. I’m not sure what time they shut but it is certainly past 2.30am. I booked ‘privilege’ rooms for myself and my sister and mother. My mother (83 but fit and active) was put in a room with a seated shower arrangement. I did not know this until the second evening of our three night trip otherwise I would have asked for her to be moved. She had no idea how to work it and I am annoyed that nothing was said about it at check in. She is a bath person and would have been best placed in one of the other rooms. These rooms are opposite the nightclub so I don’t know how they are any better than any other. Thankfully my sister sleeps through everything and my mother is hard of hearing. I unfortunately like a bit of air at night but you could not have the balcony ajar because of the noise. There is a fairly standard breakfast and food outlets all around but no internal restaurant or room service. Overall a bit soulless but it depends on what you are looking for.

Staff was friendly and tried hard. Carpet was badly stained and room seriously needs painting. No towels in room when we checked in. Staff entered room improperly without knocking at 8pm. Bfst ordered didnt show up.
