Treat your family to this memorable get-away just 1 mile from the resort town of Lava Hot Springs! Enjoy total comfort and privacy in this classic 5000 sq ft home. Wake up to a panoramic view of the valley, surrounding mountains, and abundant wildlife. Play a round of golf on the nearby course!

This property SLEEPS 22in beds and is located just over a mile from the town of Lava. It backs to BLM so an early morning hike, an ATV ride into town (or to miles of back country trails) can happen right from the property!

Home includes: 6 bedrooms (incl. large bonus room w/ 4 twin beds and 2 Queen) 120" Projection Theater System, 3 smart TV’, 2 gas fireplaces, Granite counters, 2 large jetted tubs, a luxurious walk-in steam shower, WIFI, wood flooring, on-demand hot water system and soft water, front loading washer/drier, beautiful deck & walk-out basement with gas grill, yard space, outdoor and indoor speakers, fire pit, tetherball, large Connect 4, ARCADE games, etc. This house is the ultimate!

4WD will be needed to access house in the winter months, (though we do have someone to plow when it snows). The house is located on the side of a mountain so there are many variables involved but it does promise complete privacy and comfort.

Best Weekend Moms Retreat

Beautiful, quiet and comfortable
This house is huge and beautifully decorated. The beds and family space are comfortable. It’s about 5 minutes from lava hot springs. We went for a ladies trip but it would be great for families. The driveway steep and is all gravel. A 4 wheel drive vehicle would be ideal for this location. It did have amazing views. There are a lot of extras in this house. We liked the fireplaces, stocked kitchen and extra bedding. Really loved the house and we will be back.

Superb home and the owners provided wonderful accommodation and support. We will book here again.
The owners went above and beyond to make sure the drive was clear of snow for us everyday. The home is beautiful, and tucked back in a wooded area. Spacious enough to accommodate a larger group and very kid friendly. There is so much to do at the house that we actually preferred to stay at the house and visit with our family and didnt spend much time in town at all.

Perfect family getaway
This was our second winter family trip to this beautiful Cabin. Tons of room for everyone and the jetted tubs are an added Bonus and a quick drive to town to enjoy the pools and hot springs. Can’t wait to go back. Host is great and responsive. The need for 4WD or AWD is serious. Our Subaru Outback and pick up trucks did fine but it is steep in areas and would not recommend anyone try a two wheel drive when there is ice/snow on the ground.

Best accomodations at Lava Hot Springs!
Our family of 18 loved our stay at your cabin in Lava Hot Springs! The cabin was beautiful and the view out of the kitchen windows was gorgeous. The cabin was well stocked with everything that we needed. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all of us. We enjoyed tubing, swimming, and our wagon ride and dinner at Baker Ranch. We would definitely come back again another time.

repeat trip, same amazing experience!
This was my second time staying with a group at this wonderful home and, once again, Lorie and Richard provided a great experience! Both the teens and adults had a magical time enjoying the winter wonderland from spacious warmth or sledding and the on-site zip line. Great kitchen, 5min drive to a nice little town (enjoyed the hot springs on a snowy night!), responsive hosts. STRONG RECOMMENDATION!

Great Location with a view
Loved the house and the location. Only drawback was the narrow driveway with the steep climb. Just be prepared for the short drive, it is worth it. My families only complaint was the fees list, had never seen one before and it caused some anxiety among the troops. Would recommend this be removed.

Perfect for big families!
We loved our stay here so much and had 22 people in our group. The kids bonus room was awesome because it has so many beds and the rest just slept on sleeping bags on the floor. The rest of the rooms were able to accommodate the adults very comfortably. There were more than enough bathrooms for showers and baths. The property was private, quiet and our kids loved roaming and playing night games. The house is immaculate and a 3 min drive to all the main activities in town. The owners are the nicest people to work with and always available for any questions. We are already planning our stay for next year!

Beautiful, comfortable property!
Our family had a wonderful week in this Lava Hot Springs property. The house is situated on a hillside overlooking lush pastures with beautiful mountains in the distance. It was an ever changing vista that we never tired of viewing. Deer and a bunny roamed thru the yard. The star gazing at night was terrific. Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable and generally well appointed. The ride to town is short; the pools were perfect for family fun and the little grocery store was well stocked. Our only negative comments would be the dishware and glassware were a hodgepodge thrift shop mix more suited to a rustic cabin than a lovely home. There were not enough cereal/soup bowls for our group of twelve and what was there was badky chipped and cracked. And the towels could have been more plentiful but luckily we had brought some from home . This truly was a great home but it could be perfect with a couple of simple upgrades.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home and property
Our family recently stayed at this beautiful home and enjoyed every minute! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had leading up, during, and after our stay. The home and property was so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave! Each room was tastefully decorated and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we could want. The steam shower in the master bedroom was the icing on the cake, I now want one! The kitchen had a 6 burner professional gas stove, two ovens, built in griddle, and plenty of counter space to feed a crowd. They had most everything we needed to cook plus some. We had a large family gathering on one of the nights which happened to be raining and 30 people fit comfortably in the dining/living room space. If I were to search for negatives I think the biggest disappointment came when I had to finally pack my bags to leave. It was hard to look at the view and not permanently attach myself to the dining room chair! If you are looking for a home to rent for a large crowd (or even a small crowd), this would be it. The views were incredible and wildlife was abundant - we heard coyotes and a bear (I think), and saw a few rabbits. We will definitely be heading back to Lava Hot Springs and to this home!

Friends Reunion
We are a group of women who are all in our early 80s and have known each other since Jr HS. We very much appreciated the location, quiet and cleanliness of your lovely home. It was a well-equipped spacious and comfortable home. Our only inconvenience was obeying the request to take off our shoes while in the house. However we realize that unless you are in your 80s you wouldn’t understand the hitch.
