"Service sucked. Housekeeping was not available. We had to wash our own towels. They charge me resort fees which was just crazy amount and that was after I paid in full"

"Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again."

"everything was good. We loved the stay. Everything is close, the beach is amazing, staff is nice. We loved our stay despite not having « room service » after 3 days. But everything was amazing. I will be staying there if i come back to Miami"

"The hotel was extremely comfortable. It was beautifully appointed and had all of the amenities you could think of. The bed was comfortable. The living room area was spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was large and had a luxurious feel. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING, with a wrap around, oceanfront balcony. The staff was lovely, from Oscar at the door to the sweet housekeeping staff. I am already looking to book our next trip!"
