Chosen for its charm and prime location near Old Montreal, the hotel exceeded every expectation. From the start, Renaud, the front desk director, warmly welcomed us, setting the tone for our visit. Renaud and Nicholas went above and beyond, ensuring every detail was perfect and making us feel special during this milestone celebration. Our junior suite was stunning, with four large, arched windows overlooking a snow-dusted park adorned with twinkling lights—a truly enchanting winter view. The spacious room featured an electric fireplace, a luxurious soaking tub, and a walk-in shower, blending elegance and comfort perfectly. The concierge team, Ricardo and Jonathan, were outstanding, securing us memorable dining experiences at Bivouac and Mérchant Boeuf. We also loved the hotel’s own restaurants, Brasserie 701 and Kyo Bar, for their ambiance and delicious offerings. The festive Christmas décor added to the hotel’s charm, and its location made exploring Old Montreal effortless.
