"Ideal for two people, I was with my son (12) and we stayed 4 days at that lovely spot. Even with no AC in the summer, the place kept a certain coolness with the shades down. The kitchen is equipped to prepare some meals. We enjoy every evening a short walk to the Calvaire panorama, beautiful. We did the 14km Vélorail trail which is 1km from the studio, under tree shades. The city is very quiet and well situated to explore the Morvan. Enjoy."

"We enjoyed our stay in Panneçot very much and were delighted to communicate with Dominique, who was calm, practical and very helpful, thank you Dominique. The cottage is in an ideal location. Everyone slept soundly and we enjoyed tractors going past the doorstep and giving a wave in the morning. A small note - I have left enough toilet paper for the next guests. Not possible to buy in the little hamlet and with families, maybe good to err on side of generous..."

"This house although not in the middle of a tourist centre is absolutely fabulous, bright and airy with plenty of space to enjoy the table football, mini snooker and we saw a table tennis table hiding in the garage waiting for outside weather I guess! The house was warm and Olivier was available to change temperatures remotely without needing to disturb us..... The kitchen is very well equipped and had we been there in the summer we would have enjoyed the pool too! The house was spotlessly clean...

It did help that my husbands mum and step dad speak fluently french as we may have struggled a bit otherwise with instructions regarding the spa and other bits. Despite being attached to the owners residence we barely knew they were there! Un peu a l'écart des points d'interet touristiques même si il y a de quoi s'occuper 1 semaine sans problème dans un rayon de 30mn en voiture. "J'ai séjourné dans ce gîte pendant 3 jours avec mes deux petites chiennes berger des shetland car je me rendais dans la région pour un stage de mantrailing. Tout était parfait : propreté impeccable, endroit très calme, gîte très cosy. Hôtesse très accueillante et très sympatique et qui plus est adore les animaux. Je recommande les yeux fermés!
