"lockers in the pool facilities were poor, not secure and had tiny digits which could not be read in the poor lighting. Pool was nice as was the steam room. Changing room had used towel all over the floor and empty bottles of water scattered about."

"Lovely hotel, excellent service , used the WhatsApp service as we wanted an ice bucket, was with us within 5 mins. Lovely comfy bed and the air-conditioning worked a treat. Usually never properly work in other hotels."

"A good central place to stop. Just need usual awareness in city centres. Good facilities but compact space. No tea/coffee facilities in the room but cafes and cheap food places nearby. Good clean hotel. First stay but very enjoyable close to tram station also short walk to the train station."

Great apartment, but mouldy shower!
"Lovely apartment with all the facilities, and a very comfy bed. The communication was excellent and my pet deposit was refunded really quickly too, could not fault the communication or the instructions for entry.
