"This home is built to drink in the view. The water comes up right to the edge of the property. You can walk the beach when the tide is out. The queen bed was very comfortable and that is always highly valued. We were disappointed that the couch was not very comfy, bottom cushions keep slipping forward on you. Eventhough the cabin wasn't directly on the beach, the views were amazing and it was only a 2-3 minute walk to a gorgeous beach that seemed to go on forever. A plus for the property was that it was fenced to keep my dog safe. Would love to stay here again in the future."

"The property is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay, but there are a handful of notes that would have turned this into a 5-star experience: 1) The property features two queen size beds and one twin bed. All of the mattresses are STIFF. Not firm, STIFF. We had some pretty rough nights on these. If you can't replace the mattresses, at least include some plush mattress covers. 2) The top tier balcony was off-limits, with P-touch stickers on the door demanding guests not open it. Although you aren't completely secluded from neighbors it still felt very private, and all the details were well-explained and exactly as advertised. "Charming little beach cabin situated right along the shoreline. Beautiful views, driftwood and sea birds . Because the weather was blustery we stayed inside nearly every moment. Gale force winds and sideways rain were crazy. Even the locals said it was wild! We did go to CamaBeach and had a nice brunch at the lodge with fabulous service The house was comfy but had a bit of challenging lighting. It was a mystery as to where some of the light switches were located! But we had a wonderful time!...

We did think the beach was easy to walk down to like the pictures imply but between the snow and ice and steep edge it was not, also the lighting in the house makes cooking a bit tough, we had to move a lamp on top of the fridge, if there were new day light bulbs in the kitchen that would have helped, all the bulbs were miss-matched and dim…All in all a great stay! Way more hoops to go through than any other VRBO booking I've done. They were responsive, but demanding. Maybe good for the owner, a pain for me. Next time I book with VRBO and get handed to Vacasa I will cancel. The cottage is really nice. "
