This is our 4th time staying here and we used to love it. It’s a great location and the amenities are great. They have an indoor pool that’s heated, a decent gym and a great restaurant. We had problems last year with the staff/hotel and we did again this year. The 1st problem was they would not let us use any of the facilities until we were checked it. I’ve never seen this policy before in a hotel. We were hoping to use the gym until the room was ready and they would not let us. When we finally were able to check in, the room was horrible. The smell of weed was so overwhelming we had to ask for another room. We will not be staying here next year.

Check in was quick but not all information was explained or taken such as license plate number for parking. They seemed rushed and disinterested The woman at the help desk was wonderful.
