"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"Staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is located right in the heart of the city. We could easily walk to the lake or any restaurants in the city. Only downsides were that it was a little hard to find in the town’s narrow one-way streets, and we had to park blocks away in a city parking lot. Also it got a little noisy at night when there was a street fair going on."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel run by Ivana and Monica. Ivana was very kind and helpful, always ready to meet my requests! "We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast. During our tour we have stayed at a lot of hotels, many more modern and more expensive than this, but this was our favourite. We will be back again and bringing friends for a simple, comfortable stay with amazing views under the mountain!"
