Parking was rather expensive

I stayed on the 4th floor and the whole floor smelled like smoke. Not only the floor smelled like that but my room too. When I called the front desk complaining about it he told me the rooms don't smell like that. I told him mine does and he went up to my room to check. He still said he couldn't smell it. Well, I expected him to say that because it was full house and they couldn't move me to another room. I found out it was coming from the kitchen and the 3rd and 4th floor are the floors that smell like that. It was so bad that I felt like I was camping outside. The breakfast was pretty bad too. I asked for an omelet with no cheese, with onions and tomatoes. The omelet came out with 3 small cubes of tomatoes, no onions and with cheese. Horrible and they charged me $9 for those additions. The manager was nice because he decreased my bill after I complained. Also, the mattrass was very uncomfortable. I didnt sleep well at all for 4 nights plus I smelled the smoke. When I checked out I got a $94 credit only which is ridiculous. I almost forgot to add that after the maids cleaned my room they left my door unlocked. Luckily nothing was missing from my room but I never experienced that in any of my stays. Overall not a great experience.

Old world charm! Classy! Loved the beautiful tiled bathroom and fixtures! Room beautifully appointed. Everything to my liking. The only thing I did not find in my room that would have ben useful- which I probably could have requested but didn't was a "luggage rack". Could be that it was well hidden and I just didn't find it.

Very very cool place We had to wait an hour past check-in for our room to be ready, but it's not the end of the world. We came for a kid free little getaway, so we did add the top dog package to the room, which filled the shower beer fridge, dinner at the restaurant with a flight of beer, dessert, and all, was supposed to be a tour of the brewery but they were not able to offer that so they did give a refund for that part. They welcome you with a check-in beer We got a stranded king room, they had a record player in the room along with records you can play. They had some little games in your room along with a puzzle. In the lobby were other board games. We played Scrabble while there before going over to the restaurant for dinner on Sunday. The Mexican street corn dip was beyond good! You can order a giant pretzel 24/7 to your room by texting them, which was cool. If you use the same towels for the two days you are there, then you get a free beer. You can play rock paper scissors at the restaurant and if you win you get free dessert. They had free breakfast from 7 to 11, which was tasty. They had almond milk even! Shower could be scrubbed a little better 🤔

Right in the middle of many things to enjoy; plenty of food options. The convention center is a block away. All of the the staff were top notch; thank you!
