"The hotel is located in a prime location, directly across form Wrigley Field, and plenty of restaurants/Bars that were walkable. There was a great bar in the Hotel with good drinks & pick-ins.. Only down side was that the cubs were not in town! "

Negatives: tiny breakfast area; oddly unwelcoming front desk staff. Positives: clean, felt secure, large room with nice features, nice decor throughout, great walkable neighborhood. We’d stay here again."

"Numerous problems that owner tried to fix-no wi-fi, no ac, broken upstairs dishwasher, basement flooded when we used downstairs washing machine. Place had not been cleaned prior to check in, trash sack in entry way, litter on floor, mop on back steps. Great location."
