"Great stay"

"Great stay! Room was very clean and comfortable. (Except for the crack in the tub and long dark hairs stuck to the showet walls. Ick.) The hot tub was one of the reasons we chose this hotel... it felt great but it was disappointing that the jets didn't work. The pool was large and warm. Other guests were loud in the hallway and we could hear those in the room next to us. The breakfast choices were GREAT!! Pancakes, eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, quality bagels and breads, coffee and a variety of teas. Close to the lakeshore as well! I would definitely stay again!"

"I personally think that my room may not have been used right before my stay as it was not very clean. My suggestion would be if it wasn't perhaps the cleaning staff should inspect each room. There was stuff on the floor and food on the bathroom floor. The community bathroom by the pool was not properly stocked as it was out of toilet paper when we arrived. My room was not equipped with any blankets for the pull out sofa bed. I personally have been coming to this location for a number of years on New Years Eve and my suggestion is for the price we pay to stay you need to start updating some of your rooms, pillows and common areas. Things are starting to look real run down. I would like to mention that the 2 gals I came in contact with that was working the front desk were both very nice and accommodating!"

"This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Property is in very nice condition and the staff members are very helpful and friendly. Walkable to many attractions in the resurgent downtown of Muskegon. Great value and we will return! "
