"Great place to stay in Del Mar! We are in Del Mar not infrequently for soccer tournaments. Not sure how we’ve never stayed here before. A bit dated, but tons of space, friendly staff, plenty of towels, directly on the beach, easy parking, walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants, and reasonably priced considering location and size of the apartment. Will absolutely book here again. "

"Couldn’t have asked for a better location, view, or accommodations in Ocean Beach. Nor could we have asked for a more hospitable and kind host. He responded immediately to our questions and was available to help with anything we needed. Perfect place for our girl’s annual rendezvous. My only disappointment was that the whale migration seem to be ahead of us so no whale sightings this year. That’s just bad timing on our part!Definitely plan to be back next year. "

"The view was amazing. Had an end unit so could see all down the beach. Lots of entertainment watching the surfers and kite sailors. The property is a little dated but the owner is doing a good job remodeling room by room. We would come back!"

"Susan’s place is literally a home away from home. From before we checked in until after we checked out everything was perfect!!! After a 1 min walk your feet are in sand. They have tons of beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, bikes and everything else you could need for the beach. The kitchen is stocked and everything was clean upon our arrival. "My husband and I stayed here for a few days in the beginning of December. The condo was exactly as described. Heather was a great host and there is binder with all the instructions you will need. Location was great to walk to the beach, coffee shops, restautants, and small market. Would definitely return!"
