"Cute, cozy, cabin! The bed was so comfortable! The cabin had everything we needed. The furnished covered front porch was a plus even though it was so cold, we bundled up and sat out there just listening to the peace and quiet of the night. The town of Helen was still decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful! We’d love to come back to experience Helen in the summer or fall. Taddwas very gracious in making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely go back to stay at the same cabin. "

"We spent the week of Christmas here and had a great time! While other cabins we've stayed in at Christmas were decorated, this one was not but we brought all our presents so it still felt festive. I would however, highly recommend not arriving after dark as we did! We drove from Mississippi and had about a 7 hour drive. Traffic was very bad coming thru Atlanta which put us behind. We had a hard time finding the cabin in the dark - but that was our fault! Would've been a breeze driving to it...

"The cabin was clean and tidy, everything worked except for the hot tub, which was disappointing as the hot tub was one of the reasons we had booked the cabin. The owners called for a repair but it was a holiday weekend and I don’t think a repair was feasible due to the holiday."

"Stayed for a week with family over New Year's. We had a great time, and it went by so fast. Everything was as advertised according to the listing. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own frying pan or skillet. The existing pans are very hard to cook in without food sticking. We brought our own electric skillet, so it was not much of an issue."

I didn't have any information about how to get keys and find out where my unit was located. Had the flag down another guest who told me about going into a unmanned guard house to get an envelope with instructions and a key. Without her info, I wouldn't have had any way of checking in. I tried calling the company but got a message that said...
