"Very convent to a tram that stops right outside the hotel as well as a major train station & a couple of food markets very close,as well as a restaurant attached that had a delicious breakfast included with my stay. The bed was very comfortable. It was so convenient to have a small kitchenette in the room. I would definitely stay here again or look to stay in another one of this brand apart hotels in other places I will be traveling to. "

"We touched down in Zurich at 8 am after a long 10-hour flight with our two kids, and we couldn’t believe our luck! The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke an impressive variety of languages, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and in a fantastic location. The restaurant had delicious food, and the drinks were refreshing, all served with amazing hospitality. It was such a wonderful experience!"

"Stay was good. Helped me get oriented and recommended some good restaurants. Room was upgraded and clean. Breakfast had good enough selection. The location was in the good part of the city. A bit of walk from the station but Uber is readily accessible. "
