Hotels near Lake Shore Blvd West at Kipling Ave Stop

"I was nervous prior to checking in because of previous reviews saying roaches were found in some of the rooms. I had already booked a non-refundable stay prior to seeing the reviews. The hotel seem to have taken care of the issue (I saw a response that they called in pest control). If you're looking for a hotel that provides basic amenities and comfortable rooms, this hotel fits the bill. It's pretty standard but felt clean. The beds are comfortable. The room and bathroom didn't look outdated to me and there was no weird smell. I really liked having the kitchenette as we were able to boil water and prep our own snacks. They provide cookware and dishes for you to use. Customer service was good and they responded quickly to our requests (we needed additional towel and toiletries). The breakfast is not extraordinary, but there's enough hot and cold variety and quantity to keep you full - no complaints there. I liked that the continental and hot breakfast are included in the stay, as well as parking. One thing that I wish it had was a hot tub and/or sauna to relax in. It only has an indoor heated pool. Overall, no complaints and would consider staying here again as long as the price is reasonable."

"Excellent accommodation, small issue with toilet paper holder on vanity was behind seating position. Complimentary breakfast was appreciated, congratulations to management to using plates, cups, glasses and cutlery that were not disposable."

"The apartment was clean and cozy. The apartments complex is huge but the instructions to access the property were very clear. We have two kids and the two bedroom apartment was perfect, comfortable and the second bathroom was a plus. The tram line is right in front of the building, super easy to go anywhere in the city. "
