Very quiet, well apportioned, and relaxing place
We were here for a business event. The location was very clean, beds were comfortable, instructions were clear and easy to understand, and the hot tub, TVs and all appliances worked great! Everything was in working order and it was a relaxing stay for the evenings. Would stay here again!

Anniversary Get Away
This house was perfect for an anniversary get away. We have never been to Lake Havasu! The neighborhood was great, and we were always just a few minutes from the beach and lake front. We went during the off season, but you could still rent items to enjoy your stay. The house was clean and the hot tub felt amazing.

Beautiful and Relaxing
My family and I loved staying at this house. It was well appointed with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable, with lovely decor. We especially enjoyed being able to take a dip in the pool after a long day on the lake. Later in the evening, the hot tub was certainly a bonus! The desert view is spectacular. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. We appreciated the use of the garage.

Relaxing time in Havasu City
We arrived early to our rental. Called to ask if we could enter early, which the owners allowed. House was clean, spacious and well equipped. The hot tub was a gift, we used it everyday. Great location, easy drive to all attractions in Havasu City. There was a welcome notebook which listed things to do and places to eat. We took advantage of many of the suggestions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed a sunny, warm, wonderful week.

Fantastic place, great views.
Loved being able to speak with the contact person with any issues. They were kind, and friendly. To cold for the pool, but the spa was spectacular. Enjoyed the grill very much a I love outdoor cooking.

A wonderful weekend!
The layout of the house and pool set up were fantastic! We really enjoyed the backyard. Some frustrations were that the house was not nearly as tidy or thoroughly cleaned as a professional team should have left it, the remote for the TV was missing, dishwasher leaks while running, and the check in book has contradicting information in it. The pool guy also arrived twice in the middle of the day, causing us to not be able to enter the pool for a couple of hours after due to chemical treatment. Despite those factors, we did truly enjoy our stay at the property. Thank you for having us!

Looks EXACTLY as pictured!!!!! I thought the jacuzzi didn’t work because of the reviews but after emailing the owners I got a quick response on how to make it work!!! Neighbors did not complain at all, easy access, close to everything!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

House with Hot tub
Overall it was good. But when you drive 12 hrs from -15 Colorado, and all you want is a hot tub and it's cold when you get there, changes the whole experience. Directions say itwill heat up in 20-30 min. It was more like 3hrs!! And they request you turn it off in between uses, which takes a lot of effort to use it when you want. We specifically rented that house for the hot tub!!
