"We enjoyed room & full kitchen. Great gym - could use a few more weights but nice. Location was nice & secure & a lot of restaurants & more close by. Upon check in they could have gave us a little more info such as no housekeeping service but always nice when I asked questions We would definitely stay here again "

"We had communications problems with Room Service. I had to call Front Desk 3 times on the same day before getting fresh towels for our family. Note there is no restaurants around this hotel so you will have to eat there (50$ for a 3 person breakfast). I wonder if it would have been cheaper to buy the meal plan? If you wish to eat outside, take the Universal Studios bus to Endless summer Bayside Hotel. From there you can walk to KFC and Wallgreen (one block away). I enjoyed the Starbucks at...

"The rooms and sheets were spotless. The only thing i did find were a few stray hairs. I assume they were from the housekeeping staff as they were cleaning. It is in a great location. There is a few shops and resaurants within 5 minutes walking distance. Outlets and seaword a 10 minute drive. Disney is slightly further but still very close. I would definitely stay here again."
