"I come in from Arizona several times a year because of proximity to my son. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, but my last 2 stays (January and now) i have been VERY disappointed at the cleanliness of the rooms. Both times there was hair, dirt and dust bunnies on the bathroom floor, spilled, sticky pop ny the beds and desk, and thru the clear trash can liners, i can see crusted food and more sticky pop. "It was a perfectly good low-cost hotel room. They had a coffee service which I hadn’t expected. They have soap and shampoo. It’s a little bleak, but not too bad. Nice view of the Ohio Turnpike. Direct driveway to the hotel was really bumpy, Best to go through the parking lot of the mall to access the facility."
