Welcome to our cozy lower suite on North Shore Drive, nestled in the picturesque town of Lake Cowichan. Perfect for families, couples, or a small group of friends, this charming 2-bedroom suite offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful retreat by the lake.

Easy access to local beaches and a short drive to the town centre, makes this place an extremely convenient and enjoyable place to stay during your visit to our wonderful Lake town.
The space
This unit has a private beach and private swim dock.

Located on the serene North Shore Drive, our suite offers easy access to the stunning Lake Cowichan, known for its crystal-clear waters and breathtaking views. Explore nearby hiking trails, enjoy water activities, or simply relax by the lake. The town center, with its charming shops, cafes, and restaurants, is just a short drive away.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand-new development and there is still some construction in the surrounding area. At the moment, the house next door is under construction.

The house has a lower suite which is also a rental.

House Rules:
-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house

**If not followed you will be asked to leave and you could be fined.**

Kaatza Adventures is located at the private beach and marina attached to North Shore Estates. Where you can rent kayaks, water bikes, paddle boards & canoes.

This was an excellent location for us to have access to trails, mountains, lakes and rivers. Great spot if your plan is to be active.

Clean and modern Lake House with good beach access
My partner and I wanted to book a last-minute stay at Cowichan Lake and found that this suite was available. Upon arriving, the access was straightforward and were welcomed by a cool temperature suite that helped calm down a stressful ferry travel day. The suite is large and spacious for 2 people, having a second bedroom that we didn't end up needing. The kitchen was sufficient for our needs with respect to pots/pans etc, and the BBQ was a huge plus as well. The TV/lounge room was also very nice to have, and it was quite easy to hook up a laptop to the TV and soundbar to watch our own content. The beach access is shared by residents of the little lake house community (North Shore Estates), but there were never more than 10 or so people there every time we went. Overall we had a lovely stay at this suite, and would gladly consider it for a trip to Cowichan lake in the future.
