"Great hotel located next to the town square. Easy access to everything, including the ferry to take you around the Lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big and very clean with a small balcony overlooking the Lake. A good shower and air con. Hotel has a lift which is a bonus."

"We had the a perfect view of Lake Como from our room which was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Many lovely restaurants nearby, and the hotel is literally right in front of the boat terminal so very walkable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!"

"Will have to admit we almost passed up this little gem due to the fact it didn't list it had air conditioning in the room (stay was mid-Aug); hard to sleep if hot. The room did not have ac but the cool breeze off the lake was perfect! I am usually a mosquito attractant and will not sleep with the doors open but took the chance this time and had no issues. "Very well located hotel in Como. Very short walk to ferry to get to Varenna, Bellagio and other cities along Lake Como. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was a good size as was the bathroom and both were clean. Breakfast was good with many options. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would stay there again. One note: Como is about a 1 to 3 hour ferry ride (depending on number of stops) from Varenna and Bellagio. "

The breakfast is terrific and their dinner offerings are limited but tasty and reasonably priced. The family, husband, wife, wife’s sister and daughter all work the front of the house and do a terrific job. Back to that satnav comment. The hotel is well above Tremezzo with wonderful views.
