"Beautiful property, the same place we stayed when we got married in Maui in January 2000. We returned this year to celebrate our 25th anniversary and very much enjoyed our stay. Only downside - we booked Teppan-Yaki Dan for our anniversary dinner - the same as we did for our wedding - only to find that the venue was quite remarkably different than it was back then… a smaller space tucked out of the way. "We enjoyed our stay at the Honua Kai Resort and Spa. It's location was ideal for us. The studio was the perfect size for the two of us, and loved having the kitchenette for simple fixings. The balcony had a lovely view, and feel that the location to the beach and to Duke's made everything so easy. The bed/pillows were quite comfortable and easy access to valet parking. The parking valets were all very friendly and helpful for suggestions or directions."

"The location is great the view is fantastic. The place it’s self is very outdated. Price is right. Needs an all around cleaning from top to bottom. You get what you pay and the place is listed cheaper than all others Property owners is on the spot with communication. The unit has no door number. Fridge and light fixtures are rusted everywhere needs paint unit feels run down. It Is a great place if all you care about is a place to sleep."
