"I liked my room very much, it was spacious and modern and overlooking the city. I liked the feel of the whole hotel, the art everywhere and everyone was very nice and helpful. I couldn't figure out how to find the menu for the room service the first night when I was tired (a robot would have brought it to me), therefore I didn't order anything. I could have called the reception...but didn't feel like it. I found out the next day that there isn't much to choose from. In general I was very happy with my stay at Luma and I would definitely recommend it and I hope to come back sometime!"

"The staff were courteous and offered many suggestions to help us make the most of our trip whilst also saving money/time. The hotel is well-situated in a safe neighborhood and is a brisk 25-30 minute walk away from the pier/fisherman's wharf. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel as an affordable place to stay when visiting the city. "
