There was ice all built up on the stairs by the entrance near our room. A shovel and salt and sand mix as if they know this happens but didn’t take the time to do anything about it. "I booked this place for my two older children and myself and it is such a cute place! We had a full kitchen, two seperate bedrooms and two bathrooms, which comes in handy. Its in a quiet area with no traffic noise. I just want to give a heads up that there are no elevators, so if anyone is physically impaired, make sure you request a first floor. "Such a wonderful stay for a girls’ weekend! The property was more than we expected. Beautiful views and a prime location to restaurants and shops. We had a such a great time. It was so homey and cozy. The porch looks out to Lake Winni and we watched the sunset and rise. The hosts were great and so easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend!! Hoping to stay here again in the future :) "

"Steven’s house in Laconia was the perfect location for a family ski weekend getaway. Just 14 minutes from Gunstock and even less to town, it made getting around simple & easy. The interior was warm, welcoming, clean and tastefully appointed. We loved so much about staying here that I’m confident we’ll be back to both enjoy it in the winter, and summer.
