The parking availability was misleading. When I booked my reservation, I selected this hotel because they stated parking was available at no additional charge. However, this was not true, and I had to park in a parking structure for a charge each evening. Not cool!

We really enjoyed our stay. This HI was centrally located- about an hour from many of the White Mountains main attractions. Plenty of shopping and dining choices. Our room was right next to the elevator, and overlooked the parking lot and street, so it was a bit noisy, but nothing we couldn’t handle.

This was an extremely nice Hotel. I wish that we had booked here originally for both nights of our stay. The staff was very efficient, friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and being able to grab a quick continental breakfast before we had to head out was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again if the need arise.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was quiet and clean. The only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars is breakfast. We went to breakfast at 8:30 and many items were gone and not restocked. Breakfast was suppose to be served until 10, so disappointing to see such a limited amount of items. The kids were fine with cereal but would have enjoyed some eggs or something hot. Otherwise everything else was great.
