"I stayed with my family for three nights. There were many amenities that made it an enjoyable experience. The staff were professional and pleasant. The food was ok but good wine and beer available. The only complaint I have was that there was only one elevator. It was a busy week and the elevator situation was inconvenient. Furthermore the stairs were on the ends of the hall making it pretty inconvenient to use, if your room was not on the end of the hall. "

"I liked the ski in/out as well as the location in town. Rooms are ok, but bathroom was dated and they charge for internet and water - which should be included at this price point. The staff was really nice. The hotel was really busy and packed with people with little to no availability in restaurants. Need to book in advance! "

"Great family atmosphere. Ecellent bar & live entertainment. It took nearly 2 hrs to get our dinner and our bills all had errors so we didnt eat there again. The free Shuttle service was excellent and convenient to get to/from slopes and the free back up public transportation was also good and we could track the buses on zenbus."

"The room was comfortable, wish they would vacuum the carpet in between guests also was disappointing that in spite of the room not being sold to anyone else on the day of our departure, I was told that they could only provide a 30 min extension for late checkout as I had not booked directly with the hotel but through Expedia…this has never happened to me anywhere else in all my travels, usually most hotels will easily provide a one hour late checkout extension, providing the room is not already...
