"We stayed at this location on New Year’s Eve. The place was very busy with people excited to celebrate & the staff was incredible. Mechelle at the front desk checked us in and treated us to a special goodie bag from the back and was so nice! We did have a blood stain on the bed upon arrival and it was taken care of immediately and staff that came was so sweet. Later on, I needed a large garbage bag and there was a women working the front desk who might be nicest women I’ve ever come across. She complimented me as a mama and was a joy to talk to. Two other men, I assume to be management were present all night as the place was celebrating and that made me feel very safe - the entire staff were fantastic. For the chaos of the new year - they all were in joyful moods. Thank you for letting the guests celebrate in the way we did - it was like nothing I’d experienced. We loved our stay so much we and cannot wait to come back next year. "

"It was the perfect place for us. Quiet and comfortable stay. Close to where my son worked and lived, as this was the reason for our visit to Omaha. My husband was very satisfied with the hot breakfast every morning. "

"Hotel is perfect location for walking around the Old Market! Staff is always very nice! "

"The only downside of this stay was the man working the breakfast room on 12/28 and 12/29. He was not the usual friendly and polite person working the breakfast room. He audibly huffed and puffed about in an angry disgusted fashion as he completed his tasks. He slammed things about and made excuses about why things weren’t refilled or offered. We did hear him say to a guest that he is usually working maintenance and was moved into filling in for someone in the breakfast room… He did not make our breakfast time enjoyable. Monday the 30th was much better with a woman who bustled about and told guests good morning with a big smile on her face. The only draw back was that she began to noisily sweep and clean the eating area before 9:30 even though service continues until 10:00 and guests were still arriving. Wiping off tables is definitely necessary but not banging dust pans and brooms around the eating area while guests are dining.."

"Nice clean rooms. Stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and double pull put sofa, it was a very spacious and very clean updated room. You can tell housekeeping does a great job. Continental breakfast had a lot to choose from. Staff was all very nice. They are doing renovations in the hotel but that didn't affect the quality of our stay. Great hotel."
