Beautiful New Home near Zions with PRIVATE POOL, GAZEBO and GARAGE

Great home located in the heart of Southern Utah! This house has everything you need for the perfect getaway for families, outdoor adventures and traveling sports teams!
-Private pool and hot tub in a fully fenced back yard for privacy!
-Gas BBQ grill located in back yard under pergola!
-2 Smart TV's - one in the main living area the other in master bedroom. Xbox One, and Blue Ray player with movies
-Fire Pit out back for roasting marshmallow's or to cook tin foil dinners!

More About the Backyard:
We have created an oasis in the fully fenced back yard where you can relax and rejuvenate after a day of fun out in the Southern Utah Sun. We have a gorgeous, large free form pool that offers a toddler shelf where the little ones can get wet, 4 stools where you can enjoy a drink and a hot tub! The hot tub is attached to the pool to allow adults a chance to relax while others swim. The hot tub is best experienced at night when you have a clear view of the stars in the southern sky! The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge. Please remember that children age 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area. Also, the pool and spa will automatically turn off at 10:30 PM for neighborhood quiet hours and will turn on at 8:00 AM the next day.

In the back yard, you will also enjoy a fire pit and a BBQ area! Fun, Fun, Fun! There is no other way to describe the experience you will have here!

Location:
We have created the perfect getaway for family vacations and outdoor adventurer's. The home in the heart of Southern Utah putting you right in the middle of Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Lake Powell. You will enjoy staying only 30 minutes from the South Entrance to Zion National Park where you can experience amazing hikes such as Angle's Landing, Weeping Rock, Emerald Pools, West Rim Trail, the Subway and the Narrows. Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon North Rim, and Las Vegas are all within a 2 hour Drive!

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow pets in the home, even pets that are "just visiting." Please note that we charge a fee of $500 if this rule is broken.

This house was beautiful. What a backyard with personal pool and hot tub. We were in that hot tub and pool every night. What a great way to end the day. Huge back yard. House was very clean and had everything you needed for stay. Property was 30 min to Zion. Not much to do or eat in LeVerkin but grocery nearby. Great stay!!

We were very impressed with the home. Very clean. Location to Zion is great. The house has everything you could possible need. We don’t enjoy eating out so we were happy the kitchen was stocked with cooking supples. Was nice to have the pool and spa to use after a long day of hiking. We are a family of 5 and easily could have fit more people. Great family trip!

Perfect long weekend
Small group of our family spent three days and nights in this beautiful and well appointed home. It was perfect. Spotless and had very nice appliances and all the little things available to make the space welcoming and inviting. We absolutely loved the pool and spa. There was plenty of seating for our group of four adults and two kids. Communication was great and we’d HIGHLY recommend this location and home.

The property was wonderful and exactly as described. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed the large backyard. The location was perfect for day hiking in Zion, only 20 minutes away. The host was responsive and the house was beautiful!

ABSOLUTELY YES!
This home was everything and more! Clean, spacious, well-appointed, comfortable and fabulous location for Zion. After a hard day of hiking, it was wonderful to come back to a comfortable location to relax, swim, bbq. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home! Communication was prompt and courteous. They asked for a few chores upon checkout which we graciously obliged and actually doing a bit more regarding the laundry which the cleaning personnel was tickled and so gracious. We will definitely be rebooking on our next trip out and have also given this location to many of our friends who are interested in visiting Zion.

Randale was easy to communicate with and we had an excellent stay. Kids loved the pool. Heating option was clutch for March. Of course we enjoyed Zion and Bryce Canyon. Small town, but had everything we needed for groceries and such. House already had some seasoning selections and condiments in the fridge. So nice when you’re trying to cook on the road. Check out was easy. Would recommend the house!

Great stay!!
We really enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of space for our family of 9 to spread out! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. The only request would be to have more bath washcloths, there were only 4 that we found. For 9 people staying, that is not near enough. Otherwise, great place, quiet neighborhood, very clean, and beautiful views!

A great home base for visiting Zion National Park
My family stayed here for 5 days during our summer vacation as we visited several of the National Parks in Utah. We stayed here because it was close to Zion (30 minutes). The house seemed very new as it was clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool was awesome to use at the end of the day after a long day of hiking. The view of the surrounding mountains in the backyard was beautiful. The kitchen equipment was well stocked and there was more than enough space for a family of 4. (You could likely have 2 families stay here, if needed). I would highly recommend this place as it exceeded our expectations.

Awesome home!
My family and I had such an amazing experience! The pool was awesome for the kids to enjoy and the temperature was great. The inside of the house was very clean and well put together. The master bedroom was very spacious and welcoming. We appreciate being able to rent this house for a small family gathering and can’t wait to come back!
