The courtyard includes a private pool and spa with heating and cooling systems. The property has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, which includes a private guest casita. The master bedroom is stately in size and includes its own living room, views and a beautiful, large bathroom. The living area is large and open, with panoramic views. The kitchen is fully equipped for any amateur or professional chef. There are many seating areas in the properties expansive outdoor spaces, as well as a BBQ grill and tables to dine outdoors. Two car garage. Very close to shopping and dining areas. Perfect for a family or couples getaway.
