"We very much enjoyed our stay with a few minor problems. One of the toilets clogged but was repaired the next day. The back yard and the kitchen had ants, so we had to spray. Most of the pool inflatables had leaks. The house was very roomy, and it was perfect for our 8-member family"

"My husband and I were delighted with this sweet perfect guesthouse. It looks newly build and so well designed. We spent 8 nights, cooked meals, used the jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom was spotless. We had plenty of privacy but also had access to our hosts as needed (like to heat up the Jacuzzi). We love Glendale, and specifically this neighborhood. The guesthouse is an easy walk to Brand Park and to Kenneth Village where got breakfast one day and...

"If you want to stay in South Pasadena, this property has an excellent location as so much is walkable - the train, the grocery store, lots of restaurants, the library. We appreciated also that there are a lot of spices and some condiments and that food preparation was easy. It is nice to have an office space if one is doing some work. It is a small space."

"Christina & Daniel are the perfect hosts! Their beautiful cottage sits behind their home in a quiet neighborhood blocks from the circle. The cottage was cozy, clean & wonderfully stocked with more than what we needed for our weekend stay. Keurig, water, breakfast bars, hairdryer, nice linens & bedding, books, puzzles, etc. We slept well & enjoyed our morning coffee while looking out at their peaceful backyard. We honestly could not have asked for anything more! Looking forward to our next stay....
