"The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Nice small clean house, had some issues that remained unresolved. 1 whasher did not work, reported it, but was not repaired. 2 AC unit went out after a blackout, was not repaired. 3 Giant roaches, they are common to the area, however this ones sermed to be on steroids. 4 Had a problem with the key. (I losted) Tried to contact the host, they nevered answered. Called VRBO and they were not able to get in touch with them :(. I as able to locate the caretaker of the house and Don Luis took care...

"My husband and I stayed at Casa Olayh with another couple. It was a perfect house for the 4 of us. We enjoyed hanging out in all of the common spaces- the roof top terrace, the second floor palapa, the first-floor dining area and the pool deck. The house is very private at the end of a street. The walk to the beach and town was pretty easy. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again."

"It was our first time in Sayulita. So it was great that Nancy helped us book our transportation from the airport and & back. She had a lot of recommendations for us. We were a family of 4 adults (my sister, mom and stepdad + me). The town is small and easy to navigate. The food is great and the people are so nice. The house was about a 12 minute walk down hill and maybe a 15+ minute walk back up…depending on how well you do with inclines. I liked that we were tucked away. The house is so cool....

"Location was great. 5-10 min walk to the center/beach. Communication and check-in/check-out was easy and seamless. As another guest mentioned, there is a slight smell but it certainly isn’t due to lack of cleanliness. The home was spotless. I noticed it the first day but it seemed to fade and wasn’t a problem for our group. Home had everything you need including a regular coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and a Ninja blender. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Neighborhood has some holiday rentals but the majority of the homes are local families. Its an easy 15 minute walk to the town centre or the fabulous beach. At the house the pool and decks are great for hanging out. The beds are comfortable, and the shower rooms are clean. As long as you understand that this is not trying to be a "luxury" home, and that it's in a friendly but not upscale neighborhood, you won't be disappointed."

"When I first found this place and it looked great, well it’s much nicer in person! The living room kitchen area is a great size. We cooked and made lots of drinks. Has everything you need. From the living room you can go out to the pool/patio or go to roof deck. The roof is amazing, the pictures don’t do it justice. We ate up there a few times and it was perfect. "The home was a beautiful home. I just have some suggestions that would make it better. The stairs going down to the pool needs to have have handrails so older folks can get up and down them. Also I would suggest making the laundry room into a bathroom on the upper level and putting the laundry room on the 2nd floor by the staircase. "

"An excellent property, indeed. Location, included terrific on site food, a nice pool, comfortable beds, and a cozy boutique style. Loved the “Loteria” ( a popular Mexican bingo game), theme, free early morning Yoga, and a VIP complementary bottle of fine wine. But, the real stand out for me was the fantastic staff, including Luis, Adrian, Enrique, and Betsy, who did EVERYTHING to ensure me and my partner’s safety. comfort, and enjoyment. If something needed improvement, the staff did EVERYTHING to make it right. In fact, we left a couple of belongings in our room. With one call, our things were located, and the front desk sprang into action to get our items directly back home to us. That’s the definition of service to the customer ! The surrounding area provided everything a curios traveler could want, including great food, fun shopping, a gorgeous ocean, and that laid back Sayulita ambiance we all could use more of. I know that with such a glowing Expedia hotel review, Casa Sayulita will draw many new travelers, and that’s just fine with me, because this hotel deserves a ton of compliments! As for myself, I look forward to the next time I come to beautiful Sayulita and especially the soulful and caring staff which makes Casa Loteria, by itself, such a special hotel destination. Viva Casa Loteria! "

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY

"This place is AMAZING! My stay here is phenomenal with the cleanliness, the privacy, NO OUTSIDE NOISE, the comfort of a mini split AC unit thst is perfect when arriving back into your room. The most favorable part was STEPS away from the bus station. Ideal when travelling to or from Puerto Vallarta. That is how I get around. Close enough to walk everywhere in this quaint, adorable little village of Sayulita. Highly recommend!"
