"We had a delightful time staying in Luca and Lucia's lovely casita. They were excellent hosts very warm and welcoming and accommodating. Perfect location with easy access to beautiful nature and walks as well access to local supermercados within walking distance and the buzzy "downtown" of Valle Gran Rey offering good bakeries, fresh fish at the puerto. Also enjoyed late afternoons swimming in the warm ocean and relaxing on the playa after a long walk.Thank you too to Heike for coordinating. "

Das Haus hat einen schönen Innenhof und eine Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Ein Traum … Zur Ausstattung muss man aber sagen, dass Einiges schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wie z.B. die Küche und die Armaturen. "We had a great holiday in this little house. There is everything you could need and is very comfortable. We did have a couple of problems which were very quickly sorted out after an email. Definitely recommend for a couple who want a quiet holiday. The village is in a good location for walks but you would probably need to have a rental car to get around. A highlight for us was the proximity to the sea water pool which was lovely to get into after a day walking."

"The house is located is a peaceful part of La Gomera about 20 min walk from the centre. It's a lovely space to relax with an attractive garden and pool . There is a shop about 7 minutes walk away and you could dine at the Parador which is nearby. La Gomera is a beautiful island, wonderful for hikes or just enjoying the spectacular scenery."

"Wir haben zwei abwechslungsreiche Wochen in diesem herrlichen Barranco erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und komfortabel, die überdachteTerrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick in die Berge kann man bei jedem Wetter benutzen. Der Vermieter stellte uns zum Empfang schon den ersten Lebensmitteleinkauf bereit, was nach der langen Anreise und späten Ankunft sehr hilfreich war. Und es gab selbstgemachten Honig, Mangomarmelade und eigene Zitronen noch dazu, sehr aromatisch und eine nette Geste....

"Great location (once we found it, google map link was to the wrong place). Good access to small beach area, mini supermarkets and nice restaurants. It has to be said that the apartment is quite basic in terms of furniture and kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds and good black out curtains. Would not be easy to do a self catering holiday with the facilities provided. Reception member of staff very helpful."

"There is currently building work going on at the hotel which we were not made aware of prior to our trip. The lift near our apartment was being upgraded and the whole street is being resurfaced. The actual hotel rooms are great (albeit out dated) with big balconies over looking the sea. Amazing views. Uncomfortable beds. Great showers. Amazing breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. "

"Lovely villa, everything you need for a stay. Excellent quality fixtures and fittings and lots of space. Couple of points that the villa sleeps 8, however dining table only seats 6, and only 6 sunloungers 4 were around the pool and 2 on the roof terrace. There is a small shop at the hotel, 15 minutes walk away, however the walk back is very steep You really need a car due to the location of this villa "
