Our host was warm and welcoming, offering a thorough tour of the unit and its local artwork, offered assistance in learning about the area, and was ultra-responsive to any request. "Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible."

"We had another terrific time at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable condo home in the Hacienda de Mita part of Punta Mita. Our concierge Max was so responsive and helpful and our housekeeper was terrific. We relaxed at the beach clubs, played a round of golf, dined at the 4 Seasons and restaurants in town, and took day trips to Sayulita and Bucerias. We had some rain but always in the evenings or overnight so the weather fully cooperated during the days. All in all, this stay was the perfect...

"My husband and I stayed at Casa Olayh with another couple. It was a perfect house for the 4 of us. We enjoyed hanging out in all of the common spaces- the roof top terrace, the second floor palapa, the first-floor dining area and the pool deck. The house is very private at the end of a street. The walk to the beach and town was pretty easy. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again."

"Rebecca, your condo is so lovely and for us it was in the perfect location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay; and it was so easy to get to all the wonderful restaurants and taco stands in the area. Plus, super quick to walk down to the beach and Malecon, and downtown to the plaza area. The rooftop pool area was lovely and we used it every morning, however our favorite location for relaxation was on the condo balcony, watching life go by, reading, and listening to the birds on...

"It was our first time in Sayulita. So it was great that Nancy helped us book our transportation from the airport and & back. She had a lot of recommendations for us. We were a family of 4 adults (my sister, mom and stepdad + me). The town is small and easy to navigate. The food is great and the people are so nice. The house was about a 12 minute walk down hill and maybe a 15+ minute walk back up…depending on how well you do with inclines. I liked that we were tucked away. The house is so cool....
