We had an AMAZING stay! Such an incredible value for a family of six like hours. A minute walk to the beach, very clean, spacious, lovely employees. We cannot wait to go back!

Nice hotel with easy and close walking distance to the beach. Close to the main promenade as well. Love this place. Just wish it was a bit more affordable.

The property is quaint and in a great location for walking around downtown Camarillo. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. We did have some concerns with our rooms and brought it to the attention of management. They gave us coupons for 2 free breakfasts for the adjoining restaurant The Old Town Cafe, which was very good. Room #1 - The bathroom in our room had mold on the shower caulking at the base, black hairs on the floor, a broken towel hook on the wall and a slow draining bathroom sink. The bed was very squeaky and saggy in the middle. Room #2 - Complaints from our son and his wife that the bed was squeaky. Room #3 - Complaints from our son and his wife the bed was squeaky and uncomfortable. They also had some issues with the property with their emotional support dog and had to pay extra for her to stay with them.

Average at best. Not inspiring or contemporary. Meh,...heads up there are steps everywhere. Not suitable for little chlldren or seniors or anyone with mobility issues. 13 steep steps to enter. dangerous although well marked step up to kitchen. another 13 steep steps to upstairs bedroom. Not even a little bar of soap in shower and definitely no shampoo or conditioner. Not gracious or generous with any amenity. Only a small pack of decaf coffee. No cooking pans in one of the units. Curtain in bedroom doesn't block out light outside window. close to beach though. gave us an early check in a late checkout which was nice.

I absolutely love this place, the bed is so comfortable, the ac works amazing and it’s clean. For the price you cannot beat it.
