"This is a charming hidden gem! Love the location and it's perfectly central for access to transit, downtown and the old port. Very clean and breakfast although limited is an added bonus. Staff are very helpful. We needed a small cot and they were quick to bring and set one up in our room which was wonderful (basically a small bed - our toddler was thrilled and it was high quality). Highly recommend and this will be my go to location from now on for trips to Montreal!"

" Excellent service, cleanliness, accessibility, comfort, location lighting for makeup with the extended mirror needed light closer to it. lighting in room was very dim. safety bar should be added on wall opposite shower curtain. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly. When we asked if we could have a late check out due to our train they were very accommodating and allowed us to stay for free until 2 pm. That being said thankfully my daughter was in our room because when I came back to the room (after breakfast) my key no longer worked. We would have been locked out. The gym is simple but clean. Rooms are very clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen in the room. Would recommend this hotel as it is also close walking...
