"This hotel was close to the airport in fact you could see planes taking off down the runway from your room. Great food both dinner (delicious) and breakfast( breakfast was included and great variety) The service from reception was outstanding and all staff were happy and polite and it showed a great culture. Staff recommended we go to Manhattan village for shopping as we wanted to go somewhere close so not to miss our flight later in the day. Great option "

"The experience and stay was wonderful for a good nights rest after a long international flight. Especially the breakfast. But we heard elevator music from the lobby all night long, even on the 9th floor. Outside car traffic noise was to be expected since a busy intersection around LAX."

"Property is clean, modern. Staff is friendly. Not much around it so the only restaurant option is really the hotel one. "

"We stayed overnight after attending an NFL game. The location is perfect, especially if you are flying in or out of LAX. The lobby area has plenty of comfortable seating, a couple bars, one bar offered food, and a great cafe with pastries and Starbucks coffee. "

"The walls are thin, we can hear running water from the next room, it sounded like it was raining :). The elevator signs are not very prominent especially when we were told the south tower elevator, we can only see the west tower sign. Front desk folks were excellent, we were allowed to check in early, thank you! "
