"The hotel is really good and food is excellent. The staff is cooperative . One note be very specific regarding room cleaning , you want or not. As I informed the team at reception no room cleaning required but still when we came back from imagica , room was cleaned. Imagicaa is walking distance and hotel is amazing. Fun part cartoon imagicaa performances at the restaurant keep up the feel of the place. "

"Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. However, one of the senior receptionist proved to be helpful throughout with driver and some fake police issues. Rooms were sufficiently large and comfortable but linen were not exactly clean. The property condition is poorly maintained especially on the floors and pantry areas are dirty, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, exhaust fan was not working, drinking water in their jugs taste bad so we bought bottled water (had to constantly call reception), no hot water jug inside the rooms. I really liked the food there though their evening tea could be better, morning coffee was terribly pale. I had ordered morning tea in the room but they did not deliver stating its included in the breakfast which is part of our package. But when I went down to their dining area, there was no tea only pale light coffee. Lift was malfunctioning sometimes and mostly busy so I had to climb 2-3 floors up using stairs which was pain. I would probably avoid this property next time considering the price vs service standards."

They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green grass lawns for you to enjoy, they are meticulous about keeping the property aesthetically pleasing and people friendly. Rooms are very spacious and amenities were more than enough for families to enjoying a relaxing week away from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai "

"Renovations are going on , they should shut the property till it is done, all outer area are closed and lot of dirt noise in property of construction "

"The rooms are highly over priced compared to the service then provide. The property and the rooms are just basic. The bathtub seemed like an old broken tub, the jacuzzi switch didn't work. The shower knob turns off on its own, need to keep the knob lifted for continuous flow of water. A 2 star service with a 5 star pricing, that's all I can say."
