"During the past 3 or 4 years since my previous stay in the hotel, its condition and overall service have deteriorated substantially. When we checked in, several things were not working properly: the AC, TV, some appliances, etc. so that we had to endure the workers who were called in to fix them, For a double occupancy room, only one glass (for drinks) and hand towel had bee provided initially. "It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. I have stayed in this place years ago and it has gone down the drains and would not touch this with a bargepole if given a choice again. The smaller hotels with lesser amenities but more cleanliness are a better option that this pricy option"
