This is a great option for solo travelers, friends and families, for business or leisure. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is warm welcoming and very courteous. The location is great for checking the Petronas twin towers, going shopping or having some nice meals or accessing entertainment at night. It’s a very nice hotel. The only thing is that they close the pool by every a drop of rain that falls down. That was really a bit excessive and annoying. Especially for the kids who like to play in the pool even with a little rain.
