Was a Fanatic Place to Stay, Staff very helpful and friendly, very clean, big Pool, Beach entry from hotel, close to everything you need, Quiet rooms, awesome view of the beach from the balcony, not sure of in house dinning as we ate out every night, I reckon it would have been awesome food, cannot fault this place and would be happy to bring my family back here to stay, Elephant Safari bookings at the entry of hotel, which we did and was AMAZING- Mud bathing with the elephants is a must (NO RIDING if your into that) 10 out of 10 for us on this hotel. AMAZING PLACE

Parking your on your own. The location is amazing. My only thing was its time for an update but its not that bad especially if your just going to be partying all night long and will crash at 3am and beyond.

Hotel staff are brilliant, so helpful and friendly. Room was great, the view over the sea was lush, however not everyone will get that view. It's quite built up around the building. VERY noisy, nightclub literally next door, thudding and vibration felt rhrou6the walls between 10pm to 1am. Day time peaceful, breakfast decent. They need more loungers around the pool, some broken ones so couldn't really sit out there which was a shame.

I would not have stayed here if I was aware that it’s right behind three nightclubs that play music until 2 AM. Never mind I didn’t realize also a partial view of the ocean is the other half is of hot water tanks.

If location is everything then life at this place is perfect. However here’s our experience. Lady at the front desk is rude and should not be in charge of checking anyone in! We ran out of water in the first 30 mins (2 small bottles) and her response was that perhaps we should go buy some water if we plan on drinking it so fast.? It was 35 degrees outside?!!! Although the add said free water for the stay she tried to change it to 2 free small bottles a day and then charge us for any others until we filed the complaint then water was perfectly ok and allowed? You’d imagine how happy she was to see us the next day when we had to have them come and address the ant issue that had over taken the bathroom in our room!:( I will tell you that the view we had from the deck of the new room was as beautiful as things get but at this point my wife had already had hundreds of ants in the bathroom so her stay was uncomfortable in general:( The Krabi area is full of a ton of awesome shops and great vendors! Lots of food options around the hotel:) It was a perfect answer for the crazy aggressive and crap time you now get in Phuket!

Slidt hotel men fim service.
Et slidt hotel set udefra. Men da vi ankom fik vi et fint værelse på 4 sal med stor balkon med havudsigt. Efter udbedring af flere mangle har det bare været fint. Frisk vand på flasker hver morgen. Morgenmaden nogenlunde. Men svimmingpool og området omkring elendigt. Kan absolut ikke anbefales at bades i.

Hotellet är slitet och behöver verkligen renoveras.. Personalen var verkligen utmärkt och gjorde allt för att man skulle trivas så bra som möjligt. Rummet var stort med en jacuzzi , dock fanns det mycket vattenskador och mögel i duschutrymmet.

Sentralt beliggende.
Hyggelig sted. Fine rom med spesielt bad :). Nå fikk vi et rom med begrenset utsikt, men det betyr ikke noe. Pene og greie forhold. Når det er sagt kunne kanskje pool området være vedlikeholdt litt. Enkle ting som dusen som bare er en slange-ende, og litt flere og bedre parasoller hadde vært fint å få orden på. Poolen er uansett ikke det mest attraktive her, men kjekk å ha om man skulle ta det med ro en dag. Ellers veldig sentralt. Og veldig hyggelig resepsjonister.
