"The house is great for large groups - we were a group of two extended families and the property was perfect for the kids to run around. The house itself could have been cleaner and we were disappointed by the small number of utensils provided - there should be at least enough forks and knives for the number of guests staying (I think we had 12 forks total for our group of 14 and there are a total of about 17 beds). Also the pots and pans were all almost unusable - the non stick coating was grimy...

"2 families stayed here over the Australia Day long weekend. As displayed in the photos, the house is quite run down on the outside and in some parts in the inside but none of this affected our stay. Everything that mattered was great. Very clean, great working bathroom and kitchen, easy access BBQ, enough driveway parking for 2 x cars, 1 x boat and 1 x jetski, shops walking distance, the lake only a short drive. Thanks for having us!"

"Things I liked: Great facilities. The Jacuzzi was great. Table tennis table and pool tables were great for the kids. Likewise the mini golf was cute. Kangaroos at dusk and dawn. Things that could be improved: Two of the 3 guests complained about the beds. I personally had terrible sleep. You need to clean your own towels. You get one set of towels for the whole stay. We were also told: we would need to get our own toilet paper after the initial 2 rolls. Accommodation internet was unusable....

"Our family weekend away was so nice at Loyola Lakehouse. The property and grounds were looked after very well. The property is well appointed, luxury and space! The process was easy from start to finish and only being a short drive into town made it easy to get supplies and enjoy some of Mansfield town. Would happily go back in a heartbeat!"

We understand it is from the rain water tank. But we are concerned to drink it. When we seek help from the owner, the owner is overseas…. "The house is big and spacious and has everything you need, except there is no high chair or portacot, games are very limited and have missing peices, the views are stunning, we enjoyed the king parrots visiting everyday as we sat on the verandah. We didnt use the bbq because the hot plates are rusted We really enjoyed our stay."
