This is a significant issue. Very unpleasant situation to surprise guests by making them pay the full bill in cash without prior notice. Their systems were down at least 2 days. "

"Shortage of parking places, we were allowed to park outside garage, but only after a bit of hassle. Nothing in area apart from ferry terminal. Whilst it is located on Lake Constance, there is no possibility to walk around it, or at least, none that we managed to find. Food was very good, but the service was slow, especially once the midges started to bite and we wanted the bill!"
