"Janie was very responsive to our needs and responded to our minor questions quickly. Location is convenient for driving to many places on west side of the island. The street is a bit noisy in the morning but the birds singing help make up for that. Great views and places to be outside. I would definitely come back."

"We got to property late at night. We were lead to a house that was not the correct place and I attempted to reach owner (without luck). We then found the correct house and went in. Place was clean up on first glance but soon found cobwebs above kitchen area and the bathroom shower curtain was pretty grimey. The space had one washcloth (we maybe could have gotten more but didn't ask). After a day of traveling, we wanted a hot shower but there was no hot water. I was unable to connect to the wifi...

"We loved this property. It's close to downtown Kailua & North Kohala areas. Ania is an excellent host, very personable and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The house is very clean, the beds are comfy, & the kitchenette worked great for our stay. We were so on the go during our stay so we didn't get time to use the awesome swimming pool during our stay, but it's available for guests to use, a very nice plus! We will definitely stay here again. Mahalo Ania!!"

"This house was very comfortable and nice as advertised. It’s conveniently located right by the Kona airport. While it’s about 10 or so minutes from restaurants and other action, it’s nicely located to get to lots of different parts of the Big Island. The house is in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending this house."
