"Janie was great to work with. Our grandkids loved the pool. We had 10 of us and each couple got our own rooms and the kids took over the side area and couch. Kitchen was well stocked and big enough for us to move around in for sure. The outdoor rinse off area was very nice when we came back from the beach. We would use it again. Thank you. "

"We regretfully were unable to enjoy the property much due to serious flight delay issues. The house was very very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. My teen said the sofa bed was “fine” which is a pretty good rating (we would have heard it if it was uncomfortable). "We loved this property. It's close to downtown Kailua & North Kohala areas. Ania is an excellent host, very personable and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The house is very clean, the beds are comfy, & the kitchenette worked great for our stay. We were so on the go during our stay so we didn't get time to use the awesome swimming pool during our stay, but it's available for guests to use, a very nice plus! We will definitely stay here again. Mahalo Ania!!"

"This house was very comfortable and nice as advertised. It’s conveniently located right by the Kona airport. While it’s about 10 or so minutes from restaurants and other action, it’s nicely located to get to lots of different parts of the Big Island. The house is in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I have no hesitation recommending this house."
