This 2-story Kiahuna Golf Village home offers a spacious plantation style home within the Kiahuna Golf community. This home offers distant views of the ocean and mountains, along with the fairways.

There are two primary suites within the home, one on each floor along with two spacious guest bedrooms.

The kitchen is open and ready for you to prepare those island inspired meals for the whole family to enjoy! All it needs is you and your guests, along with the many fresh island offerings here on Kauai. Once everyone has enjoyed their meal you may relax in either the living room or family room and talk about your days experience on Kauai.

You will also find your own private pool and spa surrounded by the lush landscape to relax after a long day of adventuring.

This home is air-conditioned, perfect after a day of exploring the island, or a round of golf at one of the courses nearby.

Fantastic family reunion retreat!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all loved the house, pool, location and short distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Our time spent in the rental was very comfortable. We loved cooking in the large kitchen and enjoying our meals at the dining table together. The kids didn’t want to get out of the pool. The guests who stayed upstairs mentioned that one of the toilet handles was loose. I wish I was notified earlier, I would have tightened it.

Exactly what we needed!
We had an amazing stay at this home! Our friends got together over the holidays and this home had everything we needed to have a great time. The pool and hot tub were great, and there was tons of space for cooking and preparing meals for 10 people. Everyone felt clean and safe and we all have wonderful things to say about our stay. The location is perfect for the area as it is quiet, and also very close to anything you will want to do in the town. Will recommend to others travelling to the Poipu area!

Garden Isle Vacation.
A few things need fixing. More cleaning needed in bathrooms. Trash can was already full upon arrival. Internet and TV service took 5 days to fix, took service call plus property manager to fix.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this was a very disappointing rental. the furniture is very worn, many things were broken, upstairs TV didn't work, smoke detectors were disconnected with wires hanging from the ceiling, sinks that didn't drain, light bulbs out, broken sliding doors and screens, carpet that hadn't been cleaned in years, windows that wouldn't stay open or wouldn't open at all. we stayed for three weeks and were only given introductory bottles of shampoo etc. we were then supposed to buy our own. there was a washer and a dryer but neither worked that well and it took many many hours to dry a full load and the wash came out smelling like it had never been washed. The property management was very attentive but I hated to have to call them for everything from extra toilet paper and dish soap to hanger for the closets. there were no beach chairs, umbrellas or biggie boards, we had to call to get the propane for the BBQ filled, I would definitely NOT recommend this house!

Loved our time here
House was huge. Lots of room for the family. House is in a great location. House had everything we needed. We met the maintenance guy, he was very nice and very helpful. One thing I will never forget. The garbage goes out Wednesday evening and back in before noon on Thursday. LOL. It’s something that we got emails about and in the welcome book every other page was about it, we even had one of the neighbors tell us.

The kitchen island was perfect for a feast. Close driving distance to shopping centers, Poipu Beach, and food places like Puka Dog and Beach House. Very close to Koloa town and they have Kenji Burger! When we had questions, we would contact Derek and he was quick to respond. Will definitely come back. Thank you Oceanfront!!!

Great escape from reality!
The house and location are beautiful! We had a family of nine, and this house provided plenty of space and the ability to not be crammed into a small space together for a week! The area is quiet and peaceful, and just a few minutes drive to the beach. The pool and spa were nice to have when we wanted to get some sunshine but didn’t want to go out. The only complaint I had was that the cleaning crew should check appliances before next guests come in. The blender had dried fruit stuck to the inside of it and the air fryer still had food stuck to the bottom. We had to do some cleaning before we could use those items. In addition the kitchen sink at times had no hot water, and when it did, it was warm, not hot. The house could use some TLC, but nothing too horrible. We did lose WiFi the last day but there was a pretty big wind and rain storm that rolled in so it was understandable. Would recommend the crew leave more trash bags, and replace some of the kitchen items such as spatulas and cooking utensils. The kitchen knife’s were worthless and the scissors were stuck in the shut position. Lastly, the chair cushions for the outdoor area had probably been stored in the storage box wet, because they smelled like mildew. We did our best to let them air out and made sure they were dry before we put them back. Other than that, the place was wonderful and a great getaway! Our family had a great and relaxing week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very comfortable house, air conditioned. We stayed with 7 adults and 3 children (ages 4,8 and 12). Very comfortable home, small but for us adequate pool and a nice hot tub. Only complaints we had - the unit had not been completely cleaned when we checked in. I think we checked the afternoon after morning departure of earlier guests. At least 1 of the upstairs bathrooms not cleaned properly and none of the bathrooms had enough towels. The outside grill was really filthy and we cleaned it. Other complaint - the kitchen had a mixed assortment of pots and pans. Usable but could refresh and update that. Real lack of good wine and drink glasses. Lots of plastic glasses but would have been nice to have real glass wine and martini glasses. Rental company was responsive. We would stay here again.

Awesome Home for a large Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family (8 adults and 2 children) stayed here for 9 nights in March 2024. Great location as we snuck in one or two golf holes at sunset and 5 minute drive to the beach. AC in ALL rooms (the description says only 2 rooms) Small pool but functional. 3 kings, 2 doubles, and 3 additional twin beds in the bedrooms. Mattress is okay but firm, the pillows are awful. Garage is locked off for the Owner. The home could use a little TLC, i.e. oil the screen door tracks. We had an issue for the propane (no hot water for a day) but Taren, the agent, was very responsive and prompt getting it fixed. I highly recommend the home.

The home is spacious, clean and more than enough amenities. The upkeep and maintenance was lacking.... Toilets running, burned out lightbulbs, and touchups needed (probably being to picky here) because it was a very nice home and area to enjoy our Family vacation! Not a lot of toys and thing for use on the beach (but a few) so we added a couple boogie boards, snorkeling gear sets and chairs. Hopefully they will stay for others to use.

The kitchen is stocked with pans and utensils. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The host is quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay again.Cons: The fridge doesn't get cold enough (we had food spoil), dishwasher doesn't get dishes very clean, and the dryer takes 2-3 cycles to get clothes dry. Not enough bath towels.

The house could really use a deep cleaning- under beds was filthy, some furniture had months worth of dust accumulated. Management was extremely responsive and accommodating with requests and the housekeeper was wonderful. Overall still a great stay just would recommend some maintenance for future renters considering the price.

We had some initial challenges with the hot tub but the staff responded quickly and got it fixed for us right away. The only downside we experienced was the poor wifi. To watch TV your need to access it through a Roku. Unfortunately the wifi was very week and we could not watch TV without major buffering. Our family would book this property again in a heartbeat. Great place and great staff.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large home worked well for our trip! We had two families of four and another couple - there was plenty of space and bathrooms. One thing that the description does not specify is that there are two additional twin beds in private areas in the home, which worked really well so our teenaged kids could each have their own room. Great location - Po'ipu Beach is great - sea turtles on the shore line every evening. Just a few steps from the house and you can see an amazing sunset every night. The house could use a deep clean and some minor repairs - I think it is corporately owned so it is missing some tender loving care. That said, it was still a great house for us.

The house had plenty of space and we liked the layout and location. It was quiest and the area was beautiful. This is the first time we have rented a house to stay in while on vacation. The house is old and very outdated which didn't bother us, however, it wasn't very clean. Upon entrance, everything looked great until we started noticing how unclean it was. In the kitchen there was so much grease on the stove hood and cupboard doors. The pots, pans, cutting boards, utinsils should have been tossed out a long time ago. It was actually disgusting. There was so much debris under and behind the nightstands. The bedskirt in the main floor master was so dirty along with the lamp shades. The garage was a mess and couldn't park in it. The back patio had bunched up leaves and weeds. We had to clean it before we could use it. The pictures of the pool and hot tub were so inviting but very underwhelming once there. Only two people could fit in the pool at a time. That's not too big of a deal, however, the hot tub was filthy and broken. It looked like it hadn't been used for some time. It was disappointing to think there were these amenities for use but unable to use them. It's false advertisment. We reported our concerns and the property management didn't seem to care. No one came to look at what our complaints were. They sent a pool person to clean the hot tub but it was still broken. Our fridge went out and they sent a small replacement which was better than nothing. They refunded 10% which we haven't seen yet. I left some clothing items in the dresser (my fault for not checking before leaving) I asked if they could send them to me and if I pay postage. They said there was nothing left there. So I am out a couple hundred dollars for that. It was frustrating and I will never rent a home again. I feel the reviews were fake.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked over a year ago so I got a very reasonable price for this home. While the home is beautiful it is poorly managed and the neighbors are not at all welcoming. On the first night we were there we were yelled at by the neighbor lady for having our music on by the pool at 10:08. We promptly turn off our music and went indoors. We got a call the next day by management that we could be fined if we had any further noise violations. On the second day we found as dirty coffee pot. We were unable to cook our meal in the kitchen later that evening as we ran out of propane. No one was able to shower or use the stove until the following afternoon when propane was delivered. Why was the tank not full before our arrival? We were party of 11 but we’re not left with enough towels for each person to have their own. The hot tub did not work and no attempt to repair it was made. I cannot recommend this rental.
