One of the standout features was the fine dining at Wykiki which offered stunning panoramic views of the city skyline – it’s the perfect spot to unwind at sunset. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a blend of contemporary decor and local artwork that gave the space a unique, personal touch. I was also impressed by the in-room amenities, particularly the tea bar and eco-friendly toiletries. The hotel also offers a delightful spa with an array of treatments, and the fitness center was top-notch with state-of-the-art equipment. I also loved the fact that they have a unique green initiative – using energy-efficient lighting and offering refillable water stations throughout the property, which really reflects their commitment to sustainability. Our stay was wonderful. From the welcome drinks on arrival and handmade necklaces to our departure and complimentary driver to te airport. The staff are so polite, friendly, professional and attentive. The room was ideal, clean, full facilities and the hotel had wonderful food options.

Very well maintained property, beautifully decorated lobby, excellent coffee shop at the lobby and above all very professional staff, each one of them, that we interacted with. Our baggage did not arrive with our flight, our interaction with Shankar Chakraborty was very reassuring. He patiently guided us thru the process of left luggage in case we checked out before the airline could deliver the baggages. Our sincere thanks to each and every staff member who made our stay comfortable at the hotel. We will certainly be back again when visiting Kolkata.
