"It was a decent place for a good night’s sleep. But seniors with arthritis beware…the toilets are very low & are difficult for arthritic knees."

"The shower was an ADA with no shower door just a flimsy curtain so the water got all over the bathroom. I will ask for a NON ADA room in the future. Also I was put on the first floor so there was foot traffic in and out of the side door next to my room, which was sometimes noisy. Other than that it was fine."

"Beautiful and comfortable hotel located in the heart of downtown Knoxville. Easy walk to restaurants, campus and to the river. The beds were very comfortable. The gym was fabulous and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I will stay again!"
